London is changing on a Daily, & I do not mean Socially, Ethnically or Ethically.

London is building, building & building. I find myself behaving like an Old Man & saying shit like, ‘I remember when this was all houses yada yada yada’ The change is taking place so quick these days that if you did not venture into an area for a month or 2 chances are that you would not recognise the place.

Most of this building is for the business community, as the Government is already taking an ass whipping for not providing new housing, but the Office Blocks get bigger & slicker.

I like architecture, but I am a little confused as to who will fill these office spaces situated in the most expensive city on the planet. People can hardly keep shit going to pay the astronomical rents that we have to pay in this town, & yet there are new offices going up everyday.

I am sure there are a few kick backs going around and the Building Trade is making a pretty penny right now…but is there a risk that we may end up with all these skeletal structures abandoned due to an economic crash in property.

You used to see that a lot in Asia & in some places in Europe where work just stopped and these structures stayed dormant for years…Eyesores on the Skyline. They keep telling us that the housing market is going to crash, surely that would affect Commercial Property somewhat…ok I am ignorant at these things, but it surely will trickle a little.

I just want London to take a Breather in the Building…I mean the last Building that hit the skyline that was any good is the Gherkin, supposedly one of the most Eco Friendly buildings on the planet.

It does not have to be a wife, but could be your partner...but it plays the same & only applies to those in said scenario.

Ok so the wife & kids were away for half term (that is a week long mid semester vacation that we get over here every school semester...sounds good, but we get less of a summer. as a kid I hated it, but as a parent I fucking love the short summer...the noise, the noise...apologies I digress, but this subnote was for friends across the sea)

Right, ok so they are away...the immediate joys are apparent for the 1st 48 hours.

Can watch as much Porn as I want, when I want & fuck it, where I want !

Oh My God I can have a Joint in bed...to some of you this means nothing, but to me it is pure luxury right now.

I can say do pretty much anything in the house...amazing !!!

Then for me other shit kicks in...after the Porn, you venture into the what if territory...after all you are angst up on your own...& you start to think about the partner, maybe an old girlfriend or 2, perhaps a certain some one caught your eye & you had a thought of, '...if only...' & '...what if...' you know what I mean...well as Mickey says to me, 'That is all you think about...' & Be fucking honest...I am not at all alone here....I mean in my case & may I coin a phrase that rings for others, ' Married not Blind'...Thank you.

So I started to think about it, if you took the dangerous route which route would you take...& I have come to work out that there would be 3 scenarios laid out before you...hey there probably is more, but let me look at these 3...

1. A Hooker
2. A Mistress
3. A One Night Stand with a Stranger

Which one would work....

The Hooker - not speaking from experience there is no come back on this one & not so much skulduggery envolved...& I would imagine less emotional baggage...I can not believe there would be no guilt...there has to be a little...I would be. So this would be the straight in no messin' approach...& end up a little pricey on the pocket depending on the calibre & frequency of the transaction. Hah !

The Mistress - this one is way more calculating, a lot more egotistical than a hooker. This girl wants you & you want her, for nothing but lust & pleasure...well that is how it looks in the movies right. The Mistress is there for her & your pleasure no strings attached, or so it would seem. Have spoken to a couple of chaps whom shall remain nameless in this ramble, but one says that the girl would secretly want to be with you & the 2nd said you end up getting way too attached to the Mistress as you feel you can be more yourself with her than your partner...& in this 2nd case she the Mistress is now the Partner. I find that scenario a little interesting...you both know what each other is capable of & yet they still end up with each other. Sorry No 2...just an observation mate.

The One Night Stand with a Stranger - you have to be a cold hearted, super egotistical, son of a bitch to carry this one off when you are in a relationship...what the fuck are you doing in a relationship anyway...this does go on & damn that is cold.

I think I will stick to the Porn, as the Guilt would eat me away...& even though they say time is a healer...but the time it takes to heal to could really hurt.

I guess I am just a Old School Guy & Trust is a big thing...I broke it years ago, but things never got physical & I paid...infact I am still paying in some way...there is a Naughty Devil that appears on my shoulder & whispers in my ear...& sometimes I listen & take note ha ha hah.

I did not stay for long...hey I had other commitments that needed tending...lets leave it there.

The Wrestling was pretty good, but what I loved the most was the Heckling from the crowd...that made it even better. My Favourite shouts were...

So I missed the Beat Box Skills of Reeps One, Professor Green feat: Cores, Neon & Jonah D...let me also add...always good to meet a myspace friend in the flesh, I met Neon Hitch, & can I just say that Aynzli & Ben, you were right...that lady has one excellent Derriere.

I heard that the performance was rather good & Neon worked her assets along with her killer voice to the appreciation of the crowd.

Hey at least i was not slack & went out !!!

I was talking yesterday about movies & someone brought up ‘STATE OF GRACE’

A most excellent movie about the Irish Mob in Hells Kitchen, with an excellent cast:-

Gary Oldman ( who for me gives one of his best performances in this film)

Ed Harris
Robin Wright Penn
John Turturro

I totally forgot about this one…& I must say it rates highly.

It fell behind the year of it’s release as in the same year you had, ‘Goodfellas’, ‘Miller’s Crossing’ & the almost bearable 'Godfather III' ( I still loved it really )

Sunday morning…little hung-over as I woke…must have been around 9.00am. The Boss walks into the room…

‘Oh get naked and lets stay in bed all day !’

The Boss Laughs

Time passes…must be 10.30am, & I am at the computer. The Boss comes in and starts on some work story.

‘ Babe, it’s Sunday, I’m hung-over, can we talk later, but how about we just get on the desk and go for it ? ‘

She laughs kisses me and leaves…

Time passes it is now Mid Day.

The Phone rings…it is her, and she is at Sainsbury’s getting’ some groceries. She asks some essential questions… ‘Do we have Mayo ?’

‘No, Now get back here so I can jump you ! ‘

She laughs and replies, ‘Oh Fats, Babe that is all you think about’

I laugh… ‘Yes!’

I then go upstairs to my room to find my glasses…through the wall my neighbour Sarah is finishing off a Mid Day shag with her fella.

So with me being me & the neighbours regularly sounding like a Porn Flick through the wall…No wonder I think of nothing else.
